Compilation of different views on the incident. I'm the #8 blue/black car on the right. The chase cam shows me moving into him, but I didn't see him until he crossed my rear wheels.

By drifting into your established line, they failed to hold their line or judge the available space correctly, likely due to overcommitment. You (#8) held your defensive line appropriately without squeezing or erratic movement.
